Black self fabric belt with white ties. Unlined; cotton poly blend. No label besides care tag. Based on the RN number, the dress was made by Halmode Apparel. Excellent vintage condition. Vintage size 10 but vintage runs much smaller so see measurements below for proper fit. Measurements (taken lying flat, please double where necessary): Bust: 19" Waist: 11" 14
